citibank WAS A GREAT COMPANY!

I make 3 payment to citibank monthly to avoid late fees. I pay hundreds more than the minimum. Each time I call and speak to someone in INDIA and after being on hold for several minutes a few time, the person person doesn't understand why I have the late fees. I am put on hold while the person speaks to their supervisor and then I'm told my payments went on the prior months payment. citibank is making money on late fees and making payments appear late so it can increase the APR!!
