Citibank Complaint
Policy is not upto date - CITI CREDIT CARD
But where is it written that you cannot make the payment more than your credit limit and even citi bank have accepted the payment more than the limit.
Also where is it written that we accept the payment more that a limit but we will not allow you to use it.
-----Called on December 12th 11.48 AM someone pickup the call then after listening to issue kept me on hold and then cut the phone
--- Called again December 12th 11.59 AM requested Supervisor [HEATHER - Missouri location] after listening to issue kept me on hold and then cut the phone
------ Called again December 12th 1.31 PM requested supervisor [ Michelle - Missouri location] She said she will send me some info by COB but no response
-------- Called again on December 13th 8.33 AM requested supervisor but directly connected to manager [Marlyn - Kansas location] She said she will send me some info by COB but no response
I will be filing a civil case again citi as they did something which was not mentioned in the policy need a confirmation as no one allowed to record any of the conversation.
