POOR SERVICE AND STUPID MANAGEMENT AT MALAYSIA CITIBANK. - credit card department of Malaysia


I would like to highlight the current service level and system of Malaysia Credit Card Department. My card was block since last week due to I not updated my latest income. last week I had updated my income via email but my card was still block. I call several time to update my status but the staff in call centre was really stupid and unprofessional to handle,hence spoil the bank reputation. The said my card was block by federal bank of Malaysia and the current system need at least two weeks to updating my data.Bull shit ..what kind of system that your bank currently using that need at least weeks for a simply transaction I feel sorry for the bank.. And to pointing finger or redirect the issue to to federal bank of Malaysia was totally seriously offend to the Minister of Finance. I Was totally dissatisfying because the call centre even ask me to call frequently to check my status.. iAm customer and this is not my duty for call and your faculty should update me the status.. I lodge this complaint because even I complaint there was no reply since today and was not confident the service level of your Malaysia office..I will further complaint to federal bank and local government agencies daily once my issue was not settle,,Name.Tan Wann Yang Identity card no 761028-08-5293 ...
