Multiple service failures more fees - Costco Credit Card

I was part of the COSTCO conversion to CITI Bank. CITIbank mailed tnew credit cards to me and I received them at my PO Bos address that was known by both AMEX, COSTCO and CITI bank (since I got the cards). I received no further billing from CITI and paid what I thought was my final bill from AMEX. Iin July I got emails saying CITI mailings were being returned. I finally got a call in early September saying I had an oustanding balance. I gave them the information to charge my checking account and close out the card. I was assured by the agents that the account would be closed. In November I got another email saying my mail was being returned. I called an found my account was still open and they were continuing to charge interest. I have agian told them about the mail problem, again told them the banking information to close the account, have filed a complaint with Costco and am now sending this complaint with you. I never want to hear from CITI again. Please do what is necessary to wipe all connections with them.
