Citigold Singapore lost 50% of my investment due to unbalanced portfolio - Investment strategy n advice


I have been citigold in different country without any major problems. Except in Singapore where the new contact person did not balance my portfolio properly for about 1, 5 years, he did not contact me or consult me, my expired card was not sent to my new address (was timely updated) so I had no chance to login online to review. I reported it and called. As I moved abroad the communication face to face was even more difficult for me.
At the end without any apology I handed in a complaint and talked to the senior branch manager who admitted that this is not the level of service they guarantee. It was in December 2014. It is end of March 2015 still have not heard anything about my written complaint. It seems the senior branch manager Mr Devitre has the same standrad of service as his branch.
