I called Citibank three times over the Best Buy card that I was approved for. Was told twice by a very nice girl that when I go in and click on "Check status of application" it will say that I was approved and that I can add the card to my account. I did that and it stated that it was already added for the online shopping. I went to check out and the card wasn't showing. Called them back tonight and couldn't tell them what was going on for them interrupting me. N & I, (the initials of the people working for the call center somewhere on the other side of the world) wouldn't listen to what I was telling them. They kept saying that I would have to wait for my card to come in after I told them more than twice that I was told by "J" at the call center in the states that I could begin shopping online. They didn't want to hear it and pretty much told me they weren't going to help me because they have no clue. If Citi Bank wants to hire people half way around the world then they need to get people who are helpful and not people who refuse to listen and try and hurry and get you off the phone.

I went to citi bank that is located at 10 S Washington St, Alexandria, VA 22314
(800) 627-3999 to close my account and get the cashier's check. The cashier Karim gave me check and forgot to sign it. And he was disgusting gum chewer. How can you do that? This guy karim is really have a bad attitude. i won't ever open any accounts at citiba
