Bad Service... Wiring take more than 24 hours - Wiring

I paid the extra fee for wiring my money because it was urgent, and the bank hold it for more than a business day without informing or confirming the delay. I don't know it until my client told me they didn't receive the money.
If your bank ( Citibank ) couldn't offer the wiring within one business as advertised, I recommended you guys close it.
No one want to pay or waste extra time and money for your useless service, they could replace it with a cheque or going to another bank if they know they have to wait such long... Seriously...
