    Hi, i have recharged through Citibank online portal for my mobile(8123348511) for 251 on 13th of this month(NOV 2014), immediately amount has been deducted from my credit card, but the recharge has not been done and i did not receive confirmation message from docomo, that the recharge is successful.     I had a financial crisis and owe citi bank a certain amount. Normally a credit officer will call up to follow up and update me on the amount I'm to pay monthly.     I called Citibank three times over the Best Buy card that I was approved for. Was told twice by a very nice girl that when I go in and click on "Check status of application" it will say that I was approved and that I can add the card to my account.     I will not accept giving my personal information to an off shore agent.. I'm banking in the USA and your call center should be handled by Americans.. Ever since I have been with Citibank i deal daily with fraud issues. Maybe if you kept your business in our country we wouldn't have such a high level of identity theft. You really drop the ball..     I've just started out as a new Australia Citibank Plus customer with a debit visa account. In Australia i prefer to use savings rather than credit as it attracts a surcharge fee. When I realised my savings daily limit withdrawal was only a $1000 I requested for an increase of unlimited funds to my money. The customer service said he can only put a request through for $3000 and will return my call for an answer within an hour but I never heard back from him.     I didn’t received my June 2014 bill, so I didn’t make any payment that month. So when I received the bill in July, I was shocked to see the late charges and the finance charges.     Went into a Citibank Branch at 11900 Spectrum Center, Reston VA. I took a check for slightly over $6000 that was drawn on Citibank.     I had a home depot card with Citibank, a payment was missed of $55 (don't remember ever getting the statement).. The next payment had the past due and the current due amount and was scheduled to be sent before the next pay period.     I make 3 payment to citibank monthly to avoid late fees. I pay hundreds more than the minimum. Each time I call and speak to someone in INDIA and after being on hold for several minutes a few time, the person person doesn't understand why I have the late fees. After few days i got a message saying the gift cards have been delivered. But i had not received my gift cards.     I had a home depot credit card for 8 years until this morning, the card had been dormant for over 6 months. I spent $41 on the card, sent in $26 via BOA bill pay meant to post on the 4th but did not post until the 8th. Citi charged $35 for non payment. So the next bill payment of $20 was not enough to cover their required payment of $35 plus whatever charges.     Citibank has created a website that only works with the most modern Mac, and Windows operating systems. Which makes my life very difficult. I have an old mac laptop and work exclusively with linux at work. Customer service has told me the issue happens is because I don't have cookies enabled. BS! Try using any browser for 5 minutes with out cookies the internet is useless with them turned off.     I was looking for a loan and Citibank approached me, the lady said that they are from Citibank New York and they give unsecure Loans. Ive delt with Jody Mans, Lesedi and Jessica.     I have a current account in Citbank. Transferred money using online transfer to another bank. After few days, the bank reversed full amount back to my citi bank account. Even after 9 days of the reversal information given to Citibank, they have not credited my money to my account.     Citibank refused to reverse charges with a merchant that I purchased a timeshare from even though I provided them with documentation of cancellation. The reason they gave was because per MasterCard Association rules, if a vendor refuses your cancellation they can't reverse the charges.
