    I paid the extra fee for wiring my money because it was urgent, and the bank hold it for more than a business day without informing or confirming the delay. I don't know it until my client told me they didn't receive the money. If your bank (Citibank) couldn't offer the wiring within one business as advertised, I recommended you guys close it.     I was part of the COSTCO conversion to CITI Bank. CITIbank mailed tnew credit cards to me and I received them at my PO Bos address that was known by both AMEX, COSTCO and CITI bank (since I got the cards).     We have been loyal customers of Home Depot for almost 20 years now and my husband is now very ill. We have also taken quite the hit in the monthly income department. Unsatisfied customer services: On August 25, 2015 at around 1pm, I was in the Citibank branch on 181 Montague Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201.     My recent experience with Citibank has caused me financial damage and a lot of mental stress. We have been Citibank customers for about 8-10 years. I used them responsibily and when I did either paid the entire balance or at the very least more than minimum.     I was issued a Life-time Free Credit Card by Citibank, as marketed by their representative. I did not receive their APIN and after waiting for some weeks, requested them to forward the same. Non receipt of APIN deterred me from using their card as I doubted their services.     I will not accept giving my personal information to an off shore agent.. I'm banking in the USA and your call center should be handled by Americans..     I had a home depot card with Citibank, a payment was missed of $55 (don't remember ever getting the statement).. The next payment had the past due and the current due amount and was scheduled to be sent before the next pay period.
