citicards sends a payoff amt and a due date, but interest accrues even after payoff. they spend hundreds in employee costs to collect $2.25. they are obviously insane to do this. remember citibank execs are criminals, supported by a congress paid off by all corps, . all are avoiding taxes. all are ruthless bloodsuckers
