Worst customer service ever - Citi prepaid


The worst customer service ever. I had a citi prepaid account because I work for sears. I filed a dispute for a my card being charged twice by the same merchant and it's been two months since I filed the dispute. The merchant charged my card again and when I called the bank to speak to someone the lady started yelling over me . I was so pissed off I asked to speak to her supervisor he was no help! I'm going to change my direct deposit to a different card
